  4. Happy B-day High Infatuation, what a great refreshing blog and website. Steph, you should be proud of your efforts and thank you for sharing your and others ideas, experiences, and knowledge. I have learned so much I can’t begin to say.

Your book and blog have triggered so much thought – the Pakistan girls in Kondus Valley, I wonder if their society will allow them be free to explore their own boundaries and limits. I wonder what the view would be like standing on the summit of Fitzroy in the snow if the clouds opened and the sun came out and the feelings after climbing it. I think about building base fitness and thoughtful enjoyable practice of craft along journey to achieve goals.

Your recipes are so delicious and good whole food, I want to say that part of your site is huge for me.

Climbing is masterful, wing and base flight is fascinating. I wonder if proposing to NPS that base jumpers be pre-registered with them as having completed certified training like Apex Base courses as permit to jump and maybe even membership in an organization with mission promoting education and responsible safe jumping and park use might help as a start.

Thanks Steph for a super great website and blog and for sharing ideas, knowledge, and adventures.
