I’m excited to try your wheat free recipes!
Check out Carol Fenster’s 1,000 Gluten-Free Recipes! There are tons of
vegan-friendly recipes and everything is wheat-free. I really like the
cinnamon raisin yeast bread and the pancakes (for waffles), you just
have to substitute eggs in those.
