Any favorite Vegan / Vegetarian Books you would recommend ?
I am feeling I want to transition to a vegetarian lifestyle.
I believe I can perform better in my athletics and life: Barefoot / Minimalist Runner, Astanga Yoga, Road Cycling and Pilates / Core Training.

Hi Paul,
I have two books I really like. One is “Becoming Vegan”, by Brenda Davis and Vesanto Melina. The other is “The China Study,” by Thomas Campbell.
And, as we were just talking about, the No Meat Athlete blog is excellent too.
