Hi Steph: I just found your website and it is so amazing and inspirational. I’ve been vegan now for about 10 years and have visited many vegan and sports-related sites over the years, but I think yours is absolutely one of the best. You are such a wonderful role model on many fronts. I love your simple approach to life. We’ll try your recipes as well…the first being the soft pretzels and then the scones. I look forward to future postings.
