I climbed out of camp four in the seventies, the buttermilks, Joshua Tree, Moab the same era. I don’t believe anyones writing has moved me the way yours does. The friendships you make in this life are precious. Life is hard and friends make it better. I have made the mistake over the years of losing touch with many of my friends and climbing partners. I feel as if I let them die by not making the effort to stay in touch. If my years could give advice they would say keep your friends in your life one way or another. Thank you for a wonderful, interesting blog. Mario, Stanley, Roberta made the world a better place, they counted.
