Moab Yoga and Climbing Retreat

Yoga and climbing fit together like red rock and blue sky. 🙂
I’m very excited to be partnering with Georgie Abel of Sol Yoga for her Moab yoga retreat from May 2-6.
I’ve used yoga to prepare for specific climbs, and I practice yoga daily first thing in the morning.

This is the first retreat I know of that is specifically oriented toward outdoor athletes who also practice yoga, so I’m really looking forward to being a part of it!

I will be leading the climbing afternoon on May 3, and base camp will be at Big Bend to ensure for lots of bouldering flow in conjunction with yoga practice (and, you will be fed).
