Energy Treats
Hi Steph:
My friend uses these as energy bars, but I think they are really sweet. So I use them as “treats” instead. Super easy, so I thought I would share the recipe. I have no idea what they are called
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Mix all the ingredients together and put them into whatever shape you want (the typical shape is small squares).

These will be fun to make: my favorite sweetener is maple syrup, but I bet it will substitute great!
