Desert Clinics

April in Moab was a rollercoaster. After 20 years of living here in the desert, I know the weather is nothing if not extreme, but this April was one of the most extreme I’ve ever seen: switching from hot to freezing to raining to snowing to sleeting to hurricaning, usually all in the same day. Fortunately I scheduled three clinics in April 😉 (the Indian Creek Clinic and two Moab Women’s Clinics). Luckily climbers are resilient, prepared for anything, and old hands at dealing with tough weather conditions! It was wonderful meeting and climbing with everyone this spring, and hats off to all three of my groups for staying flexible, psyched and getting in lots of climbing between storms.

The Indian Creek Crack Clinic is in its third year, and I’m now offering a Women’s Moab Clinic too. Since the October 10-12 Indian Creek Clinic is already full, I’m adding a second one on October 1-3. The Women’s Moab Clinic will be September 22-23. See you in the desert!!
