I’m taking a trip to Boulder this week! I’ll be giving a slide show called “High Places” this Thursday night at Neptune Mountaineering in Boulder. The show is about free soloing (the Diamond and Castleton), learning to skydive, wingsuit and BASE jump, and what all these things have in common–namely, dealing with fear.

She has arthritis in her spine, back legs, front shoulders and elbows. She’s not hearing quite as much. She’s not seeing quite as much either.
