Hi Steph,
It is my second letter to you. The first one (thank you for the answer!)was about vegetarian lifestyle.
I want to show you our website, dedicated to alpinism -http://www.alpine.in.ua/
I respect your views and have translated into Russian few articles from your blog, and also one story from High Infatuation, which impressed me deeply – about your trip to Patagonia, when you were going to
climb Fitzroy.
Here are these translations –

As I’ve noticed from your blog, you travel to Europe pretty often and Iwould like to invite you to Ukraine next time when you’ll have time!
I’m sure that a lot of climbers in Ukraine would like to visit your slideshow and that would be just amazing!
And of course, we have places to climb and to BASE! – In the south of Ukraine, there is a Crimea peninsula where you can find max 500 meters
high rocks, it’s a limestone with very steep south faces. And the sea is near. And there are few good rocks for BASE jumping. So, you won’t feelbored in Ukraine 🙂
And one more question. Is it possible to translate High Infatuation into Ukrainian/or Russian? I would love to read it and to translate it for
Ukrainian climbers. I think I can do it 🙂
Have a good day and greetings to you lovely dogs!

Dear Nadia,
I would love to have High Infatuation translated to Russian or Ukrainian….it has been translated into Polish. The publisher is the Mountaineers Press, so they are the contact for any foreign versions. A very good friend of mine in Moab, Tatyana, is from the Ukraine 🙂
I just came home from a trip to Europe, and I am definitely coming back next summer. Thank you for your letter and your invitation! I would love to visit your country!
🙂 Steph
Hi Steph!
Thanks for your reply! By the way we also were in Tre Cime recently, but it was in September – FANTASTIC place!!!
I hope you could visit Ukraine during your next trip to Europe, and may be Tetyana would also like to come with you 🙂
