Probiotics and Supplements

Steph, I dig the blog and the vegan-way. I do wonder if you take a multi-vitamin (brand/formulation) and how often you take it. And do you consistently (daily) take a probiotic? Does your body depend on grains, or can you personally forgo all grains?

Hi Steph, I was curious if you have an opinion on birth control. One of the things I've come to like about a whole foods plant based lifestyle is the purity of interactions your body will have with those foods. Then I remembered i take birth control, which also interferes with hormonal balance in the body.

Steph, I have used Creatine as a supplement, however, I am not a consistent user of it. Anyway, what brand do you prefer? Also, when do you take it? Do you take it before training, after, in the morning?
